West Ridge Academy enrolls students by using a Waiting List. We do not work off a lottery system. We file your Interest Form by the date we receive it. As opening’s become available we call each person on the first come first served bases from our Waiting List. All incoming 3rd through 8th graders take an assessment test for placement. West Ridge Academy is a smaller school with limited resources for Special Education. Our ultimate goal is to meet the needs of our students and to make sure we give them the best education possible to meet those needs. The assessment test allows us to evaluate their knowledge and make sure they are placed suitably. After the assessment test is taken and evaluated, students will be admitted. At this time there is a $75.00 non-refundable Materials Fee per student that will be paid. The fee pays for online testing, computer licensing fees, a planner, and art materials student’s use throughout the school year. This is the only fee required to be paid to WRA for the year. Other costs such as sports or extracurricular activities are charged separately and are due at the time of the sport or activity. Once the Materials Fee is paid in full your student will be officially enrolled at West Ridge Academy.
The first step to enroll your child is to fill out an Interest Form and get them on the Waiting List. There are several ways to do this:

- Come by our temporary office in the basement of the Roche Construction Corporate Offices, located at 361 71st Ave, Greeley, to pick up an Interest Form to fill out in person.
As WRA has openings become available in the classroom, we will contact families to let them know. We ask that you please respond to us within 24 hours from the first phone call to let us know if you are or are not still interested in your student attending. If families are still interested, an assessment test will be scheduled. After the results have been analyzed and the fee is paid, your student will then be enrolled.
